Other so-called "custom formulation" companies simply ask you to choose from already created formulas-and in our book, that does NOT equal a CUSTOM formulation! Our service is truly unique. You WON'T simply choose from a list of products we've already formulated, and you WILL speak one on one with our Master Formulator to determine your needs and whether our service is a good fit for you. We serve people with a wide-range of allergies, and specific skin conditions, as well as those with environmental sensitivities or just very sensitive skin. From sun sensitivities to eczema, to PUPPPs, we have helped many people to heal themselves of their skin problems. We only take on clients we truly feel we can help, so if you become a client you can be assured that we believe we can help!. While it wouldn't be wise to guarantee our services will work for every single person and every single case, to date we have never had a complaint!

ABOUT OUR PRODUTS

The most amazing part of our service however, is that we truly offer natural formulations. Our Shampoo Conditioner, Body Washes and other liquid items are SLS and Paraben-free, and our creams and salves are made from scratch with 100% all natural ingredients. All of our products are vegan, fair-trade and many of our components are Organic. Each formulation is created just for your needs and in a batch only as big as your purchase order, so you can be assured of the freshest, highest quality items you can receive!

HOW IT WORKS

This service requires: a phone interview, emailing appropriate photos (for any un-diagnosed rashes and etc.), and sharing of medically diagnosed conditions. ALL information is kept confidential, but if you are not comfortable with sharing this information then please understand that we cannot serve you. We need to know what your struggle has been so we can try to address it. If you have an on-going serious medical condition such as diabeties or cancer, we recommend you inform your naturopath or doctor of any changes in your self-care routine, including the use of our natural formulations.

ALL custom-formulations require:

• A phone interview with me to discuss your needs and ask pertinent questions
• Signing of a contact form and waiver
• Filling out an order form
• A deposit of 50% of the total (once the total is calculated)
• We get working on your formulation! It takes about 2 weeks to complete each order and have it ready to ship, but we understand the sometimes urgent nature of skin conditions, so please let us know if you need it quickly. A rush order fee may be applied depending on the components in your order.
• Because of the nature of this service, there is a minimum order of $50.00. (You save money if you order more!)
• There is a one-time set-up fee for all new custom formulation customers. This fee covers the purchasing of components not currently used for other purposes; any special packaging, research, formulation, set-up and file preparation for your individual order. All formulations are kept on file under your name for future re-ordering. The one-time fee is $50.00 for the first cream, salve, lotion, soap or mask, and $25.00 for the first shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and handsoap. This concept seems to be confusing to some, so here's a couple examples:
  
  If John orders a custom: Shampoo, Body cream and handwash, his set-up fee will be $75.00
  
  If Sarah orders a custom Body cream, salve, lotion and soap, her set-up fee will be $50.00
  
  And if Kevin orders a custom Shampoo and Handsoap, his set-up fee will be $25.00
  
• This fee is cut by 50% for product totals of $100 or more, and is waived if your order product total is above $250.

DISCLAIMER We believe strongly in nature's ability to help us heal ourselves. We believe that by combining the right natural materials, which have certain health benefits, we can effect a change in a body's healing system, allowing you to heal yourself. We do NOT claim any medical knowledge, expertise or training. Any use of our service is at your own discretion and while we have never had any problems arise from our service, (quite the opposite!) in this day and age we do need to protect ourselves by saying that you use our products at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injury resulting from the use of these formulations. (Not sure how a natural body cream could "injure" anyone....)
