Q: If you purchase your ingredients from people who don't use pesticides, why aren't all your products labelled Organic?

A: The term "Organic" has many meanings in our world. Unfortunately, many people say products are Organic when in fact, they are not. In addition to this, getting Organic Certification is very costly and difficult for small businesses. When our products are labelled Organic, you can be sure that at least 90% of the product's ingredients have been certified Organic. All other products have Organic components, or are many from ingredients without pesticides, but are not certified Organic.

Q: Why is shipping so high?

A: Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the product, and is only an estimate. Since we currently ship only from Canada, the shipping cost is higher than shipping within the US.

Q: Are all your products really made by hand?

A: YES! Not only are they made by hand, they are made by work at home moms and dads! By purchasing from us, you're supporting Work at Home Parents and their intention to stay at home and raise their kids-and NOT a corporate pocketbook or agenda!

Q: I have a soap shape or a scent I'd really like, but you don't offer it. Can I special order a soap?

A: Absolutely! We often so special ordered shapes for wedding favors, babyshower favors, family reunions, class reunions and any other celebration. Just give us a call to explore your options and to get a quote!

Q: I often see "Made with Natural Scents" on soaps, but see that it's only a small portion of what's actually in the soap. When you say natural-does that really mean natural?

A: The only scents we ever use are Essential Oils. We considered Artificial scents to broaden our range, but as soon as we started testing it, those of us with Migraine issues started getting triggered, so we stayed true to our core value-NO artificial scents or colors!
